The Booking Process Step-By-Step

RESERVING A ROOM

To book a room or vehicle at the lodge, you can either call in or send in a booking enquiry on our website using the contact form.

AVAILABILITY CHECK

Once you have enquired we will check our availability and get back to you asap to confirm your booking.

CONFIRMATION

Once the room has been confirmed and you are happy with your booking we will ask for a deposit via online payment or cash.

Frequently Asked Questions.

If you cancel up to 1 WEEK before arrival you can cancel without any cost.

If you cancel between 7 days and 3 days before arrival you be able to get a 50% refund on your booking.

If you cancel within 72 hours of your scheduled arrival you will not be legible for a refund.

Checkin begins from 2PM onwards

The checkout time is 10AM.

Transport to and from the Airport can be arranged but for an additional fee.

We offer the following extra services at additional costs:

  • Lunch
  • Dinner
  • Laundry

There will be additional services available as time progresses.

Please contact us if you are wanting a driver/guice and we can look into booking one for you.
